The announcement looks good.

Maybe if we could stress that it is a valuable and competitive
funding/travel opportunity and hence the applications should be serious and
detailed accordingly.

I also second Farzaneh's addition of a sub-part which could be called "NCUC
Criteria for CROP Allocation".
