Subject: GNSO sessions at ICANN meeting in San Jos?

Dear GNSO colleagues,

as I'm preparing the agenda for the GNSO sessions in Costa Rica I'd like to ask you whether your community has specific items to be discussed at the weekend sessions in order not to miss anything of interest for them.

So far the draft agenda includes - as usual - Working Group reports, IRTP Part B implementation, discussion on outreach (OTF), IOC/Red Cross item, New gTLDs, introduction to the new PDP, discussion with Board and GAC.

Please let me know on short term if you have additional requirements which we were happy to arrange for.

Furthermore we'd like to put again presentations by Stakeholder and Constituency Group Leaders on the agenda of the public council meeting as we did in Dakar. It was suggested that the session could be made more productive with focused discussions if the constituencies/stakeholder groups were given a list of topics that the Council wanted input on prior to the meeting.

So far topics of broader interest could be: outreach, experience with the new PDP and others. I'll come back to you with those after having discussed with the council.

Your input/comments on the agenda are highly appreciated.

Kind regards
Wolf-Ulrich Knoben
GNSO Council Vice Chair
