[Ec-ncuc] GNSO Counicl nominations

Dear all,

As you know, elections for the GNSO council are before us. This is an important election and being a councillor is a tough job which requires a lot of time and energy spent on participating in conference calls, ICANN meeting and reading many documents.

So far Wendy and Rafik have agreed to continue in their roles for a second term. Wolfgang Kleinwaechter and Joy Liddicoat (http://www.liddicoatlaw.co.nz/) have also agreed to the nomination.

I hope you all agree with this choice - these are people that will definitely and proudly represent non-commercial interests and NCUC within the ICANN space.
