NCUC Chair, and thank you, Juan, Juliana, Ines, and all those who supported the
nomination. I also sincerely thank everyone who reached out to me and expressed
their trust and encouragement.</p><p style="margin:0cm;font-size:12pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><br></p>
<p style="margin:0cm;font-size:12pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">I truly appreciate this nomination, as it reflects
confidence in my commitment and contribution to NCUC. After careful reflection,
and <b>considering that our current Chair, Wisdom, is eligible for re-election, I
would like to nominate and support Wisdom for the position of NCUC Chair.</b></p><p style="margin:0cm;font-size:12pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><b><br></b></p>
<p style="margin:0cm;font-size:12pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">For me, leadership is about service, teamwork, respect,
and supporting the community whenever needed.</p>
<p style="margin:0cm;font-size:12pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">In Italy, we say: “L’unione fa la forza” — unity gives us
strength. </p><p style="margin:0cm;font-size:12pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><br></p>
<p style="margin:0cm;font-size:12pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Although my term as EC is coming to an end, my commitment
to NCUC will continue. I will remain active, supportive, and fully engaged in
