Dear NCUC and NCSG colleagues,

I am writing to share a final update as the NCUC-appointed delegate to the 2025 ICANN Nominating Committee (NomCom).

The NomCom has successfully concluded its final selection meeting, completing the process of evaluating and interviewing a diverse and highly qualified pool of candidates. Our selections reflect a commitment to global representation and the public interest, aligning with ICANN's mission. These final selections will be announced later in the summer by ICANN once due dilligence has been completed.

Serving on the NomCom this year has been an honor. I am proud of the committee's collaborative efforts and the progress made in enhancing transparency and accountability, particularly through the work of the Recommendations Subcommittee, which I chaired and whose work will continue over the summer refining the reccomendations and producing a final report to be given to the 2026 NomCom in Oman.

As my term concludes, I extend my sincere gratitude to the NCUC for entrusting me with this role. Due to the transition provisions in the ICANN Bylaws, I am not eligible for reappointment. Therefore, the NCUC will need to appoint a new delegate for the upcoming term.

Thank you for your support throughout this journey.

Best regards,
