I shall declare I don't have any conflict of interest for this position.</span></div><div dir="ltr"><br><div><span>I got exposed about the NCUC during ICANN77 Fellowship and got more information when I participate on Policy Development Accelerator Pilot Project. I joined NCUC after finished the program at 2023, as I think this constituency play an important role to advocacy the non commercial interest within ICANN. </span></div><div><span>When mostly I work with civil society organization that advocacy the digital rights in digital space. The similarity on focus and purpose between my daily works and the NCUC mission is the reason I wan to serve as NCUC EC AP. Also, this is the time when I could contribute more as ICANN fellow alumni. </span></div><div><span><br></span></div><div>

have get into digital technology issue by education and by works.
Have a master degree on digital technology in media and communication, then have been worked in the impact of digital technology on society
for the two decade. I spent most my time working with
journalist, civil society and research house to explore about
community network, gender and cybersecurity, also multilingual
internet. I also have served as long term volunteers at a citizen
journalism platform and language preservation. At Non Commercial
Community, recently I’m volunteering as Non Commercial
representation at Latin Diacritic Working Group. Having extensive experience work with internet </span><span style="font-size:14.6667px">governance</span><span style="font-size:11pt"> fora for more than a decade, regional (APAC) and global, I'm assure the experience would enrich my future work as Executive Committee, especially as Asia Pacific representation. </span></span></font></font></font></span></p>

I have several experiences volunteering work, I think I already have experience to balancing between my works and my contribution to NCUC

there is time difference issue that need to be resolve when work
remotely, I shall assure NCUC will have my commitment to work </font></font><font face="Arial, sans-serif"><font style="font-size:11pt">along

webinar </font></font><font face="Arial, sans-serif"><font style="font-size:11pt">and
</font></font><font face="Arial, sans-serif"><font style="font-size:11pt">fireside
chat. </font></font><font face="Arial, sans-serif"><font style="font-size:11pt">We
could also work more </font></font><font face="Arial, sans-serif"><font style="font-size:11pt">
on </font></font><font face="Arial, sans-serif"><font style=""><span style="font-size:11pt">ICANN
read out as </span><span style="font-size:14.6667px">regular</span><span style="font-size:11pt"> event after every ICANN meetings. We can bring
more members and newcomer to involved on those events, create a
better communication and interaction among the members, newcomer and
future members. After all, we might have some collaboration with other
constituency to work with NCUC by used those communication channels</span></font></font></span></font></p>

a person who work mostly with civil society, I think the non
commercial constituency play an important role to keep the domain
distribution more fair and keep the non commercial interest alive.

rights impact, DNS abuse and multilingual internet are some important issues
