Every year the argument is that they didn’t have enough applicants. I strongly see when no effort is being done there will be no candidates.<br><br>ICANN community leadership roles at basic level are being managed for votes and a syndicate is being run to nominate people in turn wise manner. <br><br>Sad thing, it's all done in the name of community and people where they are not letting the new people join and engage.<br><br>I believe the ICANN community has to be open and transparent from RALO to NOMCOM.
