<p>Totally agree Dorothy, it will be very important to insist on
these points and get the word out very early. I know I am not
going to make the trip to Kuala Lumpur even if they decide not to
cancel, it is just too dangerous in the current context. I
certainly hope we get an early decision to cancel, so that we can
figure out how to manage this in a more fair way, and perhaps
figure out regional hubs that can provide bandwidth.</p>
<p>This would also support multilingual discussion, which is also
important in Africa.</p>

would add are that if the meeting is advertised as virtual we
can count on more people attending. I did not attend the last
meeting as I had other scheduled meetings. Holding virtual
meetings means we can have more active participation as long
as each session is accompanied by a good background note that
allows people to understand the key decision points. The
savings from travel costs can be applied to technology,
recording and interpretation and translation services, The
technology can also support regional consultations which would
help Africa as our continent is huge and very dispersed. </div>

meetings and what should be their strategy moving forward.
All community leaders have until Thursday, april 2nd, to
send the Org our positions on twelve multiple choice
questions related to known areas of concern such as, time
