I think it is good now that there is a clarity between who are the<br>
regional fellows (selected by GSE, with announcement being distributed<br>
by SO/ACs) and fellowship program fellows (go through all the steps of<br>
the fellowship process, filling an application, being analyzed by the<br>
selection committee, fellowship program team and GSE).<br>
