<div><span style="font-size:10pt;line-height:12pt;font-family:Arial;" class="xfmc1">As the community is growing and if we want to have active and meaningful participation from the newcomers, I believe it would also be beneficial to elaborate separate training course providing step-by-step instructions as to how to start engagement with working groups, where to find these WG, how to follow, how many is reasonable to contribute to, etc.</span></div>

<div><span style="font-size:10pt;line-height:12pt;font-family:Arial;" class="xfmc1">I also find very useful the information materials that have been prepared by the onboarding program team. I would suggest to make a designed and printed copies thereof to be shared at different outreach events along with NCUC leaflets. It's not that many newcomers know where to find the electronic copy and that it exists at all.</span></div>

It's great to see this brainstorm of ideas.
I hope we keep them coming.
Even if the idea was rejected or isn't perfect, we can improve our
request for another year.
