A bit off topic - IGF Brazil 2017 November dates are close to the Tallinn declaration signing in October which is supposed to finally move along Internet governance (idea has been on EU agenda for many years, not surprisingly).<br>

This is a big deal for EU since commitment to Open Standards, compatibility and FOSS will be clearly outlined - hopefully.<br>

I find “Collaboration by design” proposal especially interesting:<br>

"...approach in e-government. Software component should be developed with clear indications on how third parties (public and private) can reuse and integrate their services, while relying on open source solutions and open standards whenever appropriate, following the principles of “reuse, publish and aggregate.”<br>
