I have a question.<br>
I don't understand why this process of creating criteria for selection<br>
of ICANN meeting cities has to be a one-time process.<br>
Emergencies happen, there are governments becoming radicalized from<br>
day to night, regional diplomatic crisis, restrictions to specific<br>
countries, major economic conflicts...<br>
<br>
So my question is:<br>
Most working groups (or parties) are build to have a beginning and an end?<br>
<br>
If ICANN's mission is about internet security, one would think that<br>
the upkeep of its community is also important. And this relates<br>
directly to this criteria improvement.<br>
<br>
So a new process, a continuous one, which is always in place and ready<br>
to listen to the community and implement changes seems to be what is<br>
lacking here. I'm not sure if a ccwg can be continuous or has<br>
amplitude enough for this.<br>
