As to LAC engagement and why LAC can be a model for the rest of the world:My take was that the CEO initially means that stakeholder groups within a region should learn the dynamics of working together. Various stakeholder groups in a region should be able to collaborate and work together and ultimately with the rest of the world's community. LAC's stakeholder groups have been successful in carrying out this collaboration.</div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:verdana,sans-serif"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:verdana,sans-serif">3. As to ICANN becoming a global monitoring content regulator: Nothing has changed at ICANN with this regard.
