provide the add to this from its own funding. NCUC has allocated 4000 USD per meeting to support travelers to attend ICANN meetings. We have decided for this meeting to put aside 2000 USD to cover the cost of travelers (hotel accommodation mainly) to be able
to attend the NCUC outreach and run the outreach and up to 2000 USD to take on supported travelers to be part of the mentor/mentee program which we set up last time. We are looking for sponsors for the event so some other funding might be also added. At a
later stage, I will update the members about our expenses and sponsorship regarding this event. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

NCUC is preparing an outreach event in Johannesburg, where ICANN59 will occur.<br>
The event is scheduled for 23rd (Fri) and 24th June (Sat). ICANN59 official dates are 26-29 Jun (Mon-Thu).<br>

So those who have the possibility to arrive in Johannesburg earlier, please save the date.<br>
<br>
NCUC EC is still attempting to get funding for this event but folks who are willing to participate and who may need funding please indicate so writing directly to
<a href="mailto:raquino@gmail.com">raquino@gmail.com</a> As with other NCUC funding processes, priority will be given to those who ask for partial funding and who are involved with policy development processes.<br>
