<div>Just to extend a minority position: I have found it extraordinarily difficult to obtain a visa for India and still do not have one — there seems to be a lot of inconsistency in how, when, and to whom different Indian consulates issue visas. As I would hope that both of these slots could be utilised, I think it would be useful if the EC could prioritise applicants who do not require a visa, as there are just two weeks until ICANN 57 begins. <br></div><div><br></div><div>Ayden <br></div><div class="protonmail_signature_block "><div class="protonmail_signature_block-proton protonmail_signature_block-empty"><br></div></div><div><br></div><blockquote class="protonmail_quote" type="cite"><div>-------- Original Message --------<br></div><div>Subject: Re: [NCUC-DISCUSS] Travel slots available for Hyderabad meeting<br></div><div>Local Time: 19 October 2016 8:29 AM<br></div><div>UTC Time: 19 October 2016 07:29<br></div><div>From: Monika.Zalnieriute@EUI.eu<br></div><div>To: Tapani Tarvainen <tapani.tarvainen@effi.org>, ncuc-discuss@lists.ncuc.org <ncuc-discuss@lists.ncuc.org><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div style="font-size:10pt;color:#000000;font-family:Helvetica, Sans-Serif;"><p>I also got Indian visa in 2 days, so I agree with Tapani that we should consider people as he proposes.<br></p><div><div style="font-size:10pt; color:#000000; background-color:#FFFFFF; font-family:Helvetica,Sans-Serif"><div style="font-family:Calibri,Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; font-size:; margin:0"><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div style="font-family:Calibri,Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif"><span class="highlight" style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"><span class="font" style="font-family:Helvetica, sans-serif"><span class="size" style="font-size:13px"><span class="colour" style="color:rgb(128, 128, 128)">----</span></span></span></span><br></div><div style="font-family:Calibri,Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif"><span class="highlight" style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"><span class="font" style="font-family:Helvetica, sans-serif"><span class="size" style="font-size:13px"><span class="colour" style="color:rgb(128, 128, 128)"></span></span></span></span><br></div><div><span class="highlight" style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"><span class="font" style="font-family:Helvetica, sans-serif"><span class="size" style="font-size:13px"><span class="colour" style="color:rgb(128, 128, 128)">Dr. Monika Zalnieriute</span></span></span></span><br></div><div><br></div><div><div style="background-color:rgb(255,255,255)"><p style="margin:0cm 0cm 0.0001pt" class="xmsonormal"><span class="colour" style="color:gray"><span class="font" style="font-family:Helvetica"><span class="size" style="font-size:10pt"></span></span></span><br></p><p style="margin:0cm 0cm 0.0001pt" class="xmsonormal"><span class="colour" style="color:gray"><span class="font" style="font-family:Helvetica"><span class="size" style="font-size:10pt">Melbourne Law School | The University of Melbourne I law.unimelb.edu.au I</span></span></span><br></p><p style="margin:0cm 0cm 0.0001pt" class="xmsonormal"><span class="colour" style="color:gray"><span class="font" style="font-family:Helvetica">Center for Media, Data and Society I Central European University
