<div>Thanks for sharing this document, Farzi. I think the NCSG may have had five travel slots to the IGF approved in total? There are another three slots allocated on page 14 - one for NPOC, one for NCUC, and one for NCSG. So that's another one, maybe two supported places, for us. All this pales in comparison, however, to some of the other projects listed as approved in that document, like eight travel slots to the IETF for RSSAC and the BC's approved request for “Leadership Development & Support”. I also see that RALO and others received funding for real-time call captioning and translation, whereas our request was denied.</div><div><br></div><div class="mixmax_signature"><div>Ayden </div></div><div>

I would like to hear a bit more about what the NCUC will be taking forward to Guadalajara, provided the proposed workshop(s) are approved. I found one of the proposals on the IGF website (the proposal, “the power of the noncommercial users on the Internet”) but wasn't able to locate the second. I like the gist of the first - is multistakeholderism useful or does it instead just allow lobbyists to be legislators? - and will be interested to see how it evolves between now and December. On this note; was the budget request for NCUC attendance at the IGF approved? </div><div><font><br></font></div><div>Oh, and re: WSIS in Geneva.
