<div>With great honor and pleasure, I would like to nominate Rafik Dammak as Chair of NCUC for 2015-2016.</div>

<div>In the past two years, it has been witnessed that <span style="font-size:12pt">Rafik has lead NCSG going in a fairly well-organized way, making us a much stronger and robust unit.</span></div>
<div>Hope he would continue to lead us in NCUC, contributing his knowledge and energy to keep NCUC going forward in the future.</div>
