( Bill has confirmed of being<br>nominated with the EC, and he has asked for a recusal in the selection<br>process. )<br><br><br>So we have two candidates now. With this follow-up, we also continue<br>to accpet other self-nominations and nominations.<br><br><br>As per the deadline to submit the result--Friday, 21 August 2015, we<br>have 10 days to go.<br>Since it has been several days after the open call, we now propose the<br>following time framework:<br>a continued 5-day nomination period, a 5-day EC discussion period.
