The steps involved can be performed in one - two minutes, so we’d really appreciate your support, fellow volunteers and Maryam work hard to make these things happen.</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">The first cycle is the NCSG election for a new chair and to fill three Council slots that’s on now. As indicated in Rafik’s message below, voting begins 1 September and ends 14 September. Everyone who wants to vote needs to “check in” by sending Rafik and Maryam a quick note so they count you as Active and send a ballot. Please see Rafik’s instructions below if you haven’t.</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">The second cycle will be the NCUC election for a new chair and to fill the five regional representative slots on the NCUC Executive Committee (the incumbents can stand again, none having reached the three year term limit, although two I know will not). We always do this late November/first half of December, so we get a breather between election cycles and all they entail administratively. No check in will be required for NCUC.
