</span>Thanks for asking. My third and final term as chair ends with the NCUC election to be held in November-December per usual. So there would be an overlap of a little more than a month.<br>

Upon reflection, I would very much like to serve on Nomcom. And I suppose I meet the requirements of having the civil society contacts to recruit candidates, experience with reading personnel files and grading, and a record of playing well with the various business and other groupings in ICANN. So if the messages on this thread can be seen as collectively constituting a sort of nomination, great, thanks, I accept and will ask the EC to consider me to be a candidate. Obviously, other members can throw their hats in the ring as well, and I will recuse myself from the EC’s selection process.<br>
