Yes. It would be nice if all significant EC decisions were documented<br>
in meeting minutes. When they're actually made on the EC mailing list<br>
that could be documented as an email meeting, or else the decision<br>
could be mentioned in the minutes of the next teleconference or<br>
physical meeting. It would make it much easier to follow the work<br>
of the EC if all decisions could be found in one place.<br>
