<br>It was the most social-media savvy coup in Thailand. And for a country with one of the largest number of coup attempts in the world, 19 in total, since 1932, it was quite a feat. Or perhaps they underestimated how shutting down Twitter had backfired on Tunisia’s Ben Ali and helped fuel more protests. We have situation like this in the south of Thailand when military arrested someone, after awhile military told the family that those guys were released but in fact those guys never return home. We need the online tools to update info for those missing people must be secure and able to be collaborated.<br>

ordered to stand up in front of the coup representative. Also, the
announcement no. 12 says the service providers must screen, monitor,
