Forum (NDSF) series on “Internet
Governance for Development (IG4D)” and “Nigeria IPv6 Roundtable” respectively, slated
to hold <b>Thursday, June 5 and Friday June
6, 2014 at the Welcome Centre Hotels, Murtala Mohammed International Airport
Road, Lagos, Nigeria</b>.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0.0001pt;text-indent:0.5in;line-height:150%"><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;font-family:Arial,sans-serif">This follows successful hosting of the NDS
Forum on Internet Governance for Development (IG4D) and Nigeria IPv6
Roundtable; in the past five and three years, respectively.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0.0001pt;text-indent:0.5in;line-height:150%"><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;font-family:Arial,sans-serif">The Nigeria DigitalSENSE Forum on Internet
Governance for Development is an annual event which acts as a rallying point
for Nigerian internet stakeholders in raising and addressing salient issues
concerning the ICT sector. It also aims at encouraging positive usage of the
Internet among the youths, women and students in Nigeria.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0.0001pt;text-indent:0.5in;line-height:150%"><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;font-family:Arial,sans-serif">This year’s theme for Day 1 is <b>‘Internet Governance, eBiz & Open
Access in Nigeria’ on Thursday, June 5, 2014. </b></span></p>

Penetration’</b> stimulates public discourse and create awareness on the
technological cum business benefits of this rapid advancing technology on IP
addresses and domain name industry, encourage integration of IPv6 into all
aspects of networking and telecommunication infrastructure in the country, and
commemorate the World IPV6 Day on <b>Friday,
June 6, 2014,</b> as well as offering first-class platform for networking.</span></p>
