<div dir="ltr">Hi everybody,<div><br></div><div>As we prepare to launch our effort to re-write and make a bit more coherent the Bylaws that govern our fine community, we'd like to put out a request to our Members who have participated in past efforts to do  so: we need your help.<br>
</div><div><br></div><div>As relative youngsters to the NCUC,  Tapani and I have heard  stories of prior attempts to revise our governing documents. What's not as clear to us are the identities of everyone who have participated in prior efforts to do so. We'd like to ask those who have worked on past revision attempts to let us know who you are and, of great importance, to share with us any work product you may have or links to such documents thereof. We really want to build upon what's been done in the past. The whole not wanting to re-invent the wheel thing.</div>
