With the goal of producing final recommendations
by 31 December 2013, the Review Team is currently in the process of defining its scope, roadmap and work program. </font></div><div style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Cambria; "><font face="Calibri,sans-serif" size="3">To date, the Review Team has identified issues to review based on the AoC requirements, and has organized its work into four work streams. Community input forms an essential component of the Review Team’s process and
