My only comment on this is that Intersponsive may not be the only company to come forward and offer the full proposed URS service at the targeted price, and that it may not be a good idea to be seen to take sides with specific bidders before choices of service provider(s) are made. It's one thing to advise on URS implementation, quite another to be used as a bullet point in a competitive process.<div>
