I do agree that Europe has a lot of diversity (languages, culture, etc.), as does Latin America (languages, culture, etc.), and as does the Caribbean (languages, culture, etc.). I don't think this is about diversity. It is about making sure we include the Caribbean. For most of us in the region, 'Latin America' refers to the range and diversity of countries in Latin America. 'Latin America and the Caribbean' refers to the range and diversity of countries in Latin America PLUS the range and diversity of countries in the Caribbean.<br>

I think you will agree, in Europe there is a lot of diversity. For example, the situation for users in Germany is not the same as for users in Cyprus, or the Azores (these latter islands in the middle of the North Atlantic Ocean), not the situation in Moldova or Albania the same as in England or Portugal.<div>
