It would be appreciated if all panelists could be in the room 10 minutes early, so we can check any powerpoint presentations, introdutions and last minute hold ups etc - as I would like us to start at 9.00am sharp - we have a large number of speakers and a limited time slot so it is imperative to start on time.<br><br>I intend dividing the session into 2 separate sections, opening with non-ccTLD inputs first, then updates from ccTLDs. So the sessions should form as follows:<br><br>Panel 1:<br><br>1. Bill Drake (NCUC, gNSO) - Opening 10 minute high level view of WCIT and the ITRs<br>2. Olga Cavalli - a 5 minute update from the Argentine GAC representative, and any other information regarding GAC interactions with WCIT<br>3. Olivier Crepin LeBlond - a 5 minute update from the At Large community in their preparations for WCIT<br>4. Then a 10 - 15 minute Q&A from the room, for these 3 and what other SO's and AC's in ICANN are doing on WCIT<br><br>Panel 2:<br>1. Allan MacGillivray .ca - a 5 minute presentation "8 Things to Remember on WCIT<br>2. Martin Boyle .uk - a 5 minute update on the UK Government delegation and the role Nominet will play<br>3. Lise Fuhr .dk, Oscar Robles .mx, Paul Szyndler .au, Paulos Nyirenda .mw and Young-Eum Lee .kr - 5 speakers with 3 minutes each to provide an update of their organisations progress with their Government and plans for WCIT<br>4. 25 minutes of Q&A for both panels 1 and 2,<br><br>Conclusion - Bill Drake - 5 minutes to highlight any emerging / missing issues.<br><br>With so many speakers I will be very very strict on these times for each presentation, so please ensure you have prepared for your time slot, and if you can be even briefer than the allocated time that would be appreciated. Also, in responding to questions, please be as succint as possible to allow all panellists the opportunity to respond.<br><br>I think for this topic in particular, the best value for everyone will come about through the interactions with the audience, so I would like to keep the introductory presentations very focussed and as brief as possible.<br><br>If there are any questions or issues please let me know, otherwise look forward to a lively session next Wednesday morning.<br><br>Cheers<br><br>Keith<br></div></blockquote></div><br></body></html>
