        Legal advice from ICANN counsel is that this short term appointment WILL count as an appointment for purposes of term limits.<br>
        Please let myself know if you would be willing to represent NCUC on Nominating Committee for this brief period. As the Toronto meeting is approaching rapidly, it is my intention that the NCUC Exec will make this appointment within a week, so please contact us by the 29th, preferably earlier.<br>
