<p class="MsoNormal"><br></p><p class="MsoNormal">These 2 organizations, along with the US, Australian and UK Red Cross, are founding members of NPOC and have made it possible for NPOC to become the first new Constituency since the inception of ICANN.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><br></p><p class="MsoNormal">I take this opportunity to thank them and offer NPOC's warmest congratulations for a job so well done.</p><p class="MsoNormal"><br></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">The announcement was made in Oviedo by the president of the jury which considered 32 nominations from 15 different countries.
