<div class="gmail_extra">Yes, essentially what I was saying. I was comparing the one vote ALS's to the 2 vote Orgs, but I guess 2 votes would actually count as one, if the individuals just constituted a single org. Same difference. I had forgotten about the exclusionary rule.</div>

As I understand NARALO, someone who is a member of an ALS cannot also be an individual member.<br>
Another difference is that all individual members together only count as a single ALS with its 1 vote, so it is not at all like having 2 votes.<br>
