You misunderstood me. I didn't say I was puzzled by the terminology "Not for Profit Operational Concerns" per se, having been involved in the gestation described by Avri. I said I was puzzled as to what that was going to mean in practice, what distinctive operational concerns the constituency would focus on that are not of interest to the non-profits in NCUC. To date, mostly we've heard about trademark protection and related, so the question was about what distinctive perspective and contribution would be brought to the broader GNSO agenda.<br>
