From 2004-2008 I represented noncommercial users on the GNSO Policy Council, and I've represented noncommercial users in over a dozen ICANN working groups over the last 7-8 years on range of issues including new gtds, GNSO structural improvements, intellectual property rights and other ICANN policy issues. I represented civil society on the Multi-stakeholder Advisory Group of the Internet Governance Forum for its first two years.
