In addition for working with Robin at the Electronic frontier
Foundation ( eff.org ) I worked with Wendy there as well. I noticed
when you posted Wendy's resume you forgot EFF. Like Robin (and
probably most everyone else here) Wendy really understands the
complex issues of Internet freedom and has definitely been on the
front lines for many years.<br>

individuals for the GNSO Open Council seats in the forthcoming
elections – Wendy Seltzer and Rafik Dammak. Most of you know
these individuals their outstanding contributions to
non-commercial interests, but for the new members here is a
brief outline of their work.<o:p></o:p></p>

<span style="color:black">is a Fellow with Princeton
University's<span class="apple-converted-space"> </span>Center
for Information Technology Policy, previously Fellow with
the<span class="apple-converted-space"> </span><b>Silicon
Flatirons Center for Law, Technology, and
Entrepreneurship<span class="apple-converted-space"> </span>at
the University of Colorado</b><span
class="apple-converted-space"> </span>and with the<span
class="apple-converted-space"> </span><b>Berkman Center
for Internet & Society at Harvard Law School</b>.
Wendy founded and developed the<span
class="apple-converted-space"> </span><a
moz-do-not-send="true"
href="http://www.chillingeffects.org/"><b>Chilling
Effects Clearinghouse</b></a>, a project to study and
combat the ungrounded legal threats that chill activity on
the Internet. Wendy also serves on the Board of Directors

href="https://www.torproject.org/">The Tor Project</a>,
supporting privacy and anonymity research, education, and
technology, and the<span class="apple-converted-space"> </span>World
Wide Web Foundation, dedicated to empowering people
through Web technology. She served on the<span

moz-do-not-send="true" href="http://www.icann.org/">ICANN</a><span
class="apple-converted-space"> </span>Board as at-large
advisory committee liaison, and is currently terminating

<p><span

is a <span class="apple-style-span">PhD student at
University of Tokyo in the Graduate School of
Interdisciplinary Information Studies and member of
Sakamura lab. He holds an Msc on Applied Computer Science
from university of Tokyo and also former computer
engineer. He is working on Ubiquitous Computing with focus
on wireless sensor network with Interests on Internet and
Web of Things (moslty on Smart energy and Smart Grid,
doing my research on Home/Building Energy Management
System). He is interested also by freeculture, Access to
Knowledge, Open content and Creative Commons, I was Public
Co-leader for Tunisian CC License (ceased project). Rafik
is currently terminating his first term as an NCSG
Councillor appointed by the Board. Rafik has been very
active in advocating about non-commercial interests and
