Dear list members,<br><br>In Singapore, the ICANN Board approved the Noncommercial Stakeholders Group (NCSG) Charter.  In support of this evolution in noncommercial representation at ICANN, the NCUC-NCSG-Discuss list will be renamed to the NCSG-Discuss list.  This list will be used by members of the Noncommercial Stakeholders Group for policy discussions. All policy discussions, without any exemption, should take place within the newly established NCSG list and constituency chairs (with the assistance of their Executive committees) should ensure that this occurs.<u></u><u></u></p>
