So often I feel like the community is much more easily "managed" by allowing staff to act as the go-between with various SO-ACs to explain the views of the others. More cross-community dialogue would be a good thing and would not replace discussions or decisions that take place elsewhere. <div><br></div><div>Two important caveats though: i) I would want NCSG and CSG to be equally represented in the discussion (not 1 NCSG constituency rep and 3 CSG constituency reps, but equal participation).
