Following Konstantinos concerns, and not discussing anyone's rights to present a new constituency, I find disturbing the notion that a new constituency is needed to further specify the needs of not-for-profit users, as opposed to the non-commercial users. I clearly see not-for-profit organizations as a subset of the non-commercial user group.<div>
<br></div><div>Assuming this, and having in view the proposal Amber forwarded (for which I am truly gratefull), my question for Amber is different:</div><div><br></div><div>- in what measure do you feel the NCUC does not represent the needs and aspirations of not-for-profit organizations?</div>
