<DIV>Attached is an email calling for volunteers to help create concrete proposals for the GNSO in relation to moving forward with the recommendations from the Final Report by the Registration Abuse Policies (RAP) Working Group (the report was released at the end of May, presented to the Council and community at the Brussels meeting, and discussed by the Council in its last conference call on July 15).
