
Is the list private group?<br><br>To comment things about censorship in Thailand, I have to be aware of.  I'm being monitored by the government, too.  There is too crazy from the political conflict in Thailand recently.  The censorship is considered as MAD.<br>

In his opening speech here at the Icann Brussels meeting, Beckstrom stresses that the central role of Icann is the security and stability "of the Internet". Wow, I thought that it was just the name/addressing system.<br>
