Hi Joly,<br><br>Sorry to hear you've had problems in the past.  It's been my experience that, in most cases, these problems are easily resolved with a little troubleshooting.<br><br>There are few simple pages I would recommend visiting (or you can skip straight to step 2):<br>
<br>1. An overview of getting ready to use Elluminate. <<a href="http://elluminate.com/support/version_information.jsp">http://elluminate.com/support/version_information.jsp</a>>  Here you can check to see that your equipment meets the minimum requirements <<a href="http://elluminate.com/support/min_requirements.jsp">http://elluminate.com/support/min_requirements.jsp</a>> or visit the knowledge base <<a href="http://elluminate.com/support-portal">http://elluminate.com/support-portal</a>> if you have a specific question.<br>
<br>2. You should then test your machine to see if you have the latest version of Java installed <<a href="http://elluminate.com/support/">http://elluminate.com/support/</a>>. Following this page, you will also have an opportunity to actually open a test Elluminate session, where you can configure your audio settings, etc. so you're ready to go the next time you join a meeting.<br>
