I also find your list quite arbitrary and from reading it I echo Milton’s comment that basically a user can be part of almost all of them. I think that this list is rather illusionary and we should be very careful as a non-commercial constituency before exemplifying the types of constituencies that should be formed. Your proposal might backfire and only allow voices to be heard in a very restrictive way (the 6 constituencies can only speak about issues that fall within their scope?) and I am sure that no one really wants this to happen.<BR>

BTW, the "bucket list" concept is now being discussed among two other groups and we have already begun to make changes and to explore a number of other avenues. This week's ICANN meeting has provided us all with useful feedback about the community's concerns and questions regarding a new NCSG. I for one am glad also that Carlos and I had the opportunity to chat with you, and to confirm that we all would like to move forward from previous disagreements, and work together towards a robust and workable NCSG within the reformulated GNSO structure.<BR>

In that regard, may I suggest that NCUC members take the time to review again both the majority NCUC proposal and that put forward by Cheryl and the potential cyber-safety constituency, with a view toward identifying remaining issues of divergence and discussing whether these differences can be bridged?<BR>
