<DIV>Attached is my preliminary attempt at summarizing our morning discussion during the ongoing NCUC meeting at ICANN Mexico. The intention, as those of you present know, was to formulate a brief "elevator pitch" that will help us explain the merits of our proposed NCSG charter. It's meant also to complement the Executive Summary of the proposal that everyone received on Friday.</DIV>

<DIV>FYI, the Board will meet on April 23 to discuss all the Stakeholder Group (SG) charter proposals received. All these proposals will shortly be posted to the ICANN website for public comment prior to the Board meeting.</DIV>
