color=#0000ff size=2>ICANN has agreed under the old GNSO structure to fund up to
two people from each constituency. I am sure that they would continue at least
this level of support, but what will happen when there are 6 NC SG councillors
instead of 3 is anyone's guess. NCUC also has some funds of its own, which can
and will go to support travel. But that whole situation is very uncertain.
