Chair<BR> - All 5 Regional EC positions<BR> - 2 Council
seats<BR><BR>Voting begins October 13, open until October 20<BR>Results
announced October 22.<BR><BR>The new officers would be in place for the Cairo
meeting; however the old Council members would continue to serve until the end
of the Cairo meeting.<BR></FONT></DIV></BODY></HTML>
