Here is a proposed schedule for the next few months. It is a critical time
because we need to have elections and develop a new charter/constitution for
the emerging "noncommercial stakeholders group" envisaged by the GNSO
reform process.<br>

Voting begins October 13, open until October 20<br>
Results announced October 22.<br>

The new officers would be in place for the Cairo meeting; however the old
