Colleagues:<div><br>Good news: In this morning's GNSO Council meeting, the motion to launch a policy development process to create new rights to domain names for Inter-Governmental Organizations was DEFEATED. </div><div><br class="webkit-block-placeholder"></div><div>7 votes were needed to launch a PDP, and the proposal was only supported by 5 votes.
