The GAC members list is hard to find.  It is at <A HREF="http://gac.icann.org/web/home/contacts.shtml">http://gac.icann.org/web/home/contacts.shtml</A>.  It has not, however, been updated in some time.  I know that at least the Canadian GAC rep has changed.<BR>

I would start with the GAC member listed (emails are included on this page).  But if there is a question, I would write to the GAC Chair Mr Mohamed Sharil Tarmizi (Malaysia) -- <A HREF="mailto:">chair@gac.icann.org.</A>  He works hard to be a good and neutral chair, and I think he would respond.<BR>
