the members.<BR><BR>Background<BR><BR>Bruce Young, panel member of
ICANNatlarge.org proposed to hold <BR>the 2nd At-Large Forum organized by
ICANNatlarge.org followng <BR>Shanghai meeting in Oct. 2002. The motion to hold
the Amsterdam <BR>Meeting and delegate YJ Park to finalize the agenda and
organization of<BR>the meeting, and to take care of its advertisement was made
by Vittorio <BR>Bertola on Dec 4, 2002 and formally approved by panel of
ICANNatlarge.org <BR>on Dec 11, 2002. Hans Klein, Edmundo Valenti, Jefsey
Morfin, Bruce <BR>Young, Vivek Durai, Richard Henderson, Michael Geist, and
Vittorio <BR>Bertola favored the motion and YJ Park abstained the motion .
<BR><BR>Objective<BR><BR>ICANNatlarge.org, self-organizing efforts among
Internet users around <BR>the world to bring individual users' voices to
Internet Names and Numbers <BR>managment decision-making process as its
stakeholders, hosts this meeting <BR>in order to provide open forum to discuss
At-Large "Representation" <BR>in the reformed management structure as well as
"Paricipation" and finally <BR>propose At-Large "Representation" and
"Participation" among the stakehloders </FONT></FONT></DIV>
