<HTML><FONT FACE=arial,helvetica><FONT SIZE=2>A much belated view that I think the proxy is an idea with a lot of value, that should be explored further. I continue to believe that face to face meetings are important. I think YJ has offered a way that, even with a limited number of people, the meetings can be even more valuable and productive.
