<BR>I wanted to thank Harold for his participation in this most recent meeting of the Names Council.  In this meeting, the Names Council discussed the ICANN reform materials, together with the GA and the ICANN Evolution Committee.

<BR>Harold made a number of important suggestions, and clarifications to the Names Council statement.  I thought it might be of interest for others in the NCC to read this important discussion.
